AGREEMENT FOR REFERRAL, RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT FEES AND EXPENSES:
"Client" agrees to pay a non refundable search fee to Racing Toward Diversity in the amount of $500 for each Executive position search. Racing Toward Diversity will provide a minimum of 3 to maximum of 10 highly qualified candidates for each position.
Any referred candidate by Racing Toward Diversity for the position that is ultimately offered employment and accepts such offer, "client" agrees to pay a placement fee of $20,000 for a referred candidate.
PAYMENT TERMS: "Client" agrees to pay $10,000 upon hire and the remaining $10,000 upon completion of the candidate’s first 90 days of employment.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF REFERRALS: All candidate referrals made by Racing Toward Diversity are made on a confidential basis.
DISCLAIMER: Racing Toward Diversity does not guarantee the performance of any candidate or the accuracy of information provided regarding a candidate, and disclaims any responsibility for claim, loss, or liability as a result of a candidate’s acts or omissions. Client will be responsible for handing background checks and drug screenings and employment verifications to verify candidate information or to obtain such other information, as it may deem relevant.
