Racing Toward Diversity - We Deliver "Results"

As with anything else in business, metrics matter and make it easier to quantify the business impact. At Racing Toward Diversity magazine and College Diversity Network, we have helped 2,649 students and alumni find jobs, internships with 1,786 students/alumni (67%) coming from HBCUs.

In 2023, we completed - 58 "Visiting Professor" on-campus visits to 42 different colleges - covering 15 states, the District of Columbia, and the Virgin Islands.

For the past three (3) years, our (Virtual Career Fairs)

HBCUs = 85 (76% of the 111 HBCU Schools Participated in our virtual careers)

Other Colleges/Universities = 215

When people are held accountable for budgets, sales, etc., you clearly see who can measure up. When one is held accountable for any type of diversity measurement, the same clear picture emerges - the only difference is so few have been held accountable for diversity - until now.
