Breaking New Ground

HELPING GENERATIONS FEEL WELCOMED IN THE WORKPLACE

FORUM ON WORKPLACE INCLUSION | MARCH 18-20

This is Jennifer Brown Consulting's 4th year partnering with the Forum on Workplace Inclusion at the University of St. Thomas, and we are excited to be presenting two sessions related to Generations in the Workplace with perspectives from two of our client organizations, Cisco and Toyota Financial Services.

At Jennifer Brown Consulting, we know that inclusion of diversity in all its forms is a key driver of engagement, and that everyone should feel Welcomed, Valued, Respected, and HeardSM. Jennifer's story, which we shared last month in this video, revolves around helping diverse and underrepresented groups find their voice in the workplace. Join our team as we look at just what your workforce may look like in the year 2020, and take notes on successful social-media driven campaigns that make both generationally-diverse employees and customers feel they are welcomed.

Watch this video about the Forum from Steve Humerickhouse, Executive Director of the Forum on Workplace Inclusion, and listen to ways that the Forum's conference sessions follow a building process that creates new ideas and contributes to the final conference outcome for attendees and speakers alike.

We do hope you can join us for our sessions, which we are sharing with you below. As always, thank you for being a part of the JBC Network!
