Noble Strength Foundation | Age To Age

Connecting elderly loved ones using conferencing technology.

The Power Of Reconnection

The Noble Strength Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that utilizes a host of volunteers with a heart for seniors to provide the Age To Age web-conferencing services to the elderly.

The elderly experience increased levels of loneliness, depression, and isolation, which also impacts their physical well-being. They feel like burdens, so they won’t ask to do any nonessential things like seeing their friends.

We go to where the senior is and connect them with their loved ones using conferencing technology.

We are able to offer our services FREE of charge because our amazing partners take Corporate Social Responsibility very seriously, and they empower their workforce to do the same!

New Year - New Racing Toward Diversity Masthead

Can you deliver "Results"?

Diversity, DEI, "Woke", Reverse Discrimination - whatever label you prefer - 2024 will clearly demonstrate those who choose results over rhetoric and photo opportunities.  As with anything else in business when metrics matter, it is easier to quantify the business impact.

Our new masthead reflects the past three (3) years at Racing Toward Diversity magazine and College Diversity Network where we have helped 2,649 students and alumni find jobs, internships with 1,786 students/alumni (67%) coming from HBCU's.

In 2023 we completed - 58 "Visiting Professor" on campus visits to 42 different colleges - covering 15 states, District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands   For the past three (3) years (Virtual Career Fairs)    HBCU's = 85 (76% of the 111 HBCU Schools Participated in our virtual careers)   Other Colleges/Universities = 215

When people are held accountable for budgets, sales, etc... you clearly see who can measure up. When one is held accountable for any type of diversity measurement, the same clear picture emerges - the only difference is so few have been held accountable for diversity - until now.
