Top Diversity Thought Leaders on Twitter

By Lindsey Clark August 30, 2016

Connections and communication DBPDiversity thought leaders have taken to social media to share their ideas, thoughts and insights on different D&I subjects. Perhaps the most direct and instantaneous form of communication is Twitter. Within 140 characters, great minds comment on incidents such as the recent shootings in Dallas to the campaign of the first female presidential candidate. Below is a curated list of diversity and inclusion thought leaders that actively engage on Twitter in a meaningful way.
Deborah Dagit @Debdagit

Deb’s experience as a D&I practioner is truly extraordinary. She was a key lobbyist for passage of the American with Disabilities Act, leader of Learning Communications and Diversity at Silicon Graphics and head of Strategic Cultural Initiatives for Sun Microsystems and CDO at Merck for 11 years. Under her leadership at Merck, the company won praise from DiversityInc and Working Mother magazines, the Families and Work Institute, the Human Rights Campaign, Department of Defense Freedom Award (veterans) and the Department of Labor New Freedom Award (people with disabilities). She currently runs her own consultancy firm to assist CDOs in the ways she knows they need it most.
